A difference of 40k is hard to ignore. UConn, Class of 2009, and not paying a cent for it.

sorry, maybe I'm missing something...isn't WPI giving you full tuition? or do you still have to pay room and board? cuz I think you would like it there, maybe I'm wrong.

They're only giving tuition, no matter how many scholarships I get - outside or inside. I figured that out when I got the NU Scholarship (my dad works there) for $5000 a year, and WPI said that if I applied that, they'd lower the amount of scholarships they're giving me themselves. UConn has done some dumbass things that pissed me off (like certain scholarships named after spices), but I guess WPI didn't want to be outdone. So they're even when it comes to making me angry, anyhow.

I do think I'd really like WPI, but in the end I don't think I'll dislike UConn, and the price difference is very important to me since I'm paying for all of it. Oh, and don't worry - it's college, so nobody will know any different when I do something stupid and all the rest of you from MHS pretend not to know me.
