oh my word, that's it--what a lovely stream of consciousness about a medium I love with all heart. The water, the light on the water, there's this deep through and through memory I have of pulling into the anchorage in the Dry Tortugas and the water was this purply-gray-blue satin, that smooth, like Elisabeth's embrace. Such a beauty this gray morning to visit instead of doing chores! Nice use of prompt.
