Last week I went paintballing and while most of the bruises have healed, I still have one awesome battle wound. It’s where I got hit bare skin, consequentially breaking the skin giving me a cut in the shape of a circle as well as a bruise. My mom is apart of this church group called the Friendship League. At each meeting after they conclude the business there is always a topic of discussion where they receive stuff. So far the college process has been somewhat easy. Narrowing my list from 25 to 15, done in a week. Narrowing 15 to the 7 I applied to, a little harder, but still not so bad. Waiting for decisions was probably the most difficult part of the process or so I thought until I found myself in my current situation which makes waiting seem like a walk in ( Read more... )

There is one more week of lent left.
This means I only have to be a vegan for seven more days!

When I left home I told my mom, "I'm not sure what time I'll be back. It will probably be before 1, but if not I'll call."
Her response: "Okay."

I came home at ten till four.  AND I'm not in trouble.

I love being 18.

Today I spent some time with my grandma. If  hypochondria is genetic I got those genes from her; today she tried to convince me that she has a disease where people don't like to go outside.  I think it's sad when old people get old and sickly.
