[She couldn't understand it. That infernal chip had already been removed from her body for a day or longer- she felt like she had lost track of time somewhere along the way. Yet even now she had nothing to show for it but a throbbing headache, a trembling, disgustingly weak body, and a deep, anxious fury.
She had grabbed the communicator, started the post with the intent to say something, though she isn't quite sure what- perhaps to demand someone come to her. Perhaps if she could see one of them in person it would remove whatever was blocking her powers. Where were they? Someone should have been by her side, that's the way it was- where was Kuga? No, not Kuga, Kuga wasn't here, not yet- where was Testament? Had he left? Had she sent him away? She couldn't think straight. She wanted clarity. She wanted control.
She tries to keep calm. She knew this would happen, knew it would be unstable, but she's waited long enough and better judgement is disappearing quickly. Her hands were shaking, still ill from the removal, and it was difficult to hold the device, difficult to find who she was looking for. The more desperate she got, the more her head hurt. Damn it all! Damn the scientists, damn the chips, and damn this stupid communicator-!]
[Public (Failed lock)]
[The device clatters to the floor, forgotten. The screen is black; is it even on? At first it seems like nothing is happening...then a soft groan can be heard...
Than a sudden, short cry.
And at the same instant, all around the city, the minds of dozens of strangers would be feeling the same inexplicable snap.]
[OOC: Bahahaha this post is overly dramatic leave me alone. But, long story short;
chip event start! Potential responses will be delayed and rather not...sane.]
