So I did my 10K run. It was great. I finished in 1 hour, 9 minutes and 40 seconds. Yes, that's under my goal time of 1 hour and 10 minutes. I ran the whole thing. It was amazing. 50 000 people ran it. I was so proud of myself for sticking with it and accomplishing my goal. Then I got home and tried on some summer clothes. I saw my ex today for the first time in a long time. Since last summer basically. He was in the library studying too. So I went over and talked to him since his table was like 5 metres away from mine and it was so blatantly awkward. He's changed a lot. He cleaned up his act. Oh man I hate being triggered. I feel so fat now. I want to lose weight more than anything. Gawd, I am truly disgusting... who am I joking when I keep thinking I can be happy at my weight now?

I hate these mood swings.

So I found an amazing book. It's called "Life Without Ed" by Jenni Schaefer and Thom Rutledge. It's a really awesome book about this girl Jenni and how she recovered for her eating disorder and it has exercises and ideas put in by her therapist that you can try yourself. So lost and confused about what to do. I don't know what I want. I want to be thin but I want to be happy.
