My poetry assignment for the day

Jan 17, 2006 16:26

There once was a cute girl from central
Her legs were fair, smooth and gentle
When the air grew so cold
Her short skirt got old
Now her fashion sense seems fairly mental

Yeah. I thought of that one on the way to class.

like when sorostitutes wear miniskirts in the middle of winter, but feel it's ok because they have their ugg boots on? maybe their eggs will freeze. damn that's cruel, but sometimes I wish that natural selection worked better. there are a lot of girls at msu who sport the mid-winter mini with uggs combo. even if it were attractive, you still have to say, "wtf? are you retarded? it's 19 degrees out. you know they make warm clothing that is also brand name and unnecessarily expensive. get yo-self a juicy couture tracksuit or something before your retarded legs fall off!"

no, that's what they are really called. jeez jonny, you are so unfashionable! some other crap that you will see around is juicy couture, with the louis vuitton crowd. check out the $400 handbags. I am incredibly embarrassed to know so much, but I have friends at UM who buy in to the designer thing. it's really very sad. ugg is the funniest, though, because they are truly ugg-ly. chicks only wear them because they are expensive.

back to the original topic, how did your limerick go over in class? everyone on here knew that it was awesome, did it also go over well with your prof?

This poem strongly reflects your level of sensitivity.

(I have been writing comments for all of my students and was advised to write my negative comments in a postive sounding way.)

Are you saying his poem writing skills reflect that of a emotionally-in-tune gay man? I was just geussing a translation for your positive sounding negative comment.
