Amber and I went to my neighbor's "visitation" today. I guess they don't call them "wakes" anymore - or, maybe that's just a Northern term? Anyway, we wanted to pay our respects to Barbara and her daughters. I also introduced myself to their whole family. We didn't stay for the funeral, though. I'm proud of myself for even going. P.S. I am proud of you for going ot the visitation too- I hate those, had to do one last December for a co-worker whose 34 year old husband died of a heart attack. And it was open casket... I will NEVER have an open-casket visitation! LOL.
