Saturday I was running to meet some friends for drinks. I was late, as usual, and was trying to tie my scarf, put on my hat, and button my coat at the same time. Somehow, I swung out my right hand, hit a seven year old kid. Into the snow. In the street. At night.

I have lost count how many children I have hit. Tres bad...but awesome.

I was never really a big fan of the mythology of Rosa Parks. Because....well because. But, I feel compelled to mark her passing.

As I walk out of my building with my packed suitcase in hand my friend asks me, "Hey, where you going?"

"I'm going home for Rosh Hashana."

I'm _still_laughing at that.

Hey kids, I'm in a desperate need of fresh music. I can't stand anything on my mp3 players anymore. So gimme some suggestions. I'll listen to anything but country or gospel. Be clever, I own alot of cds/records.
