Another stolen quick release...

Once again someone stole a quick release off my bike. Last time it was off the back tire in Joliet, this time it was the one for the seat downtown. Not the seat mind you, the seat was locked up, they just took the quick release (a fancy adjustible bolt type thingie). At least I was able to ride it standing up in the pedals the whole way to work

Enlighten me, where have all the screwdrivers gone? Specifically, where the hell are ll the phillips ones? I need to clean the vacuum....
