I've done these, the one for California was about SOUTHERN cal. and therefore irrelevant and the one for Oakland was 90% about rap and i hate rap. Fail.

Oh yes, South Park is a real town in Colorado! My brother went there once, and he said that it was pretty much just like the show.

there is a lot more to Oakland. It's one of the most ethnically diverse cities in the US and has a lot of culture and great stores and restaurants, and is much less expensive to live in than San Fran. :) our public transit system sucks balls though.
I actually wrote a House South Park crossover fic. I'm crazy.

You make Oakland sound so cool! I'd really like to visit some day. And yeah, the Springs' public transit system is practically non-existent, so I feel your pain.
