good luck with your shoulder, I hurt mine a couple months back doing a bit too much weight on a shoulder press, and it still isn't right. I'm sure you'll be fine though, you have a pretty athletic history so you have the baseline to get through it :)

nice on the bed by the way, who did you order it from?

Get your shoulder looked at if there's any chance you tore it. It's really worth it just to be sure that it's nothing major.

As for my bed, I got it from Sam's Club online. The total for it, with shipping and taxes, came to $511 for a queen sized bed. The same bed sells for $779 on Amazon, so I'm really happy with the deal I got.

Sorry I havent been in contact man I have fallen out of touch with everyone in the cam especially those from the days of LR and the cam commune... Anyway lemme know how the memory foam bed is that sounds really cool. Hows the pug? Hows the hubby? Hows the Jamie? So many questions... Hows the Daughter? Hell how is everything?
