When life hits you with a Semi

So right now I am sitting here in front of the computer in pain. I got into an accident on monday. I got hit from behind by an 18-wheeler semi. My car is totaled, but I am ok. I went to the doctor and the x-rays looked fine. Though I have a lot of swelling on my upper back and lower back. I feel nauseous but that is because of the swelling
