Actually it is really embarassing to me because I think that if I was looking at me I would say, "Hey sit down relax". Actuallyit is a lot harder than that, I have now been taking a tranquilizer for three days and the day I wrote my Live journal that night I needed to go to the Emergency room just to get something to calm me down.
