Happy Thanksgiving
My (hopefully) perfect pie crusts are chilling in the fridge before rolling. I'm a bit compulsive about pie crusts. They must not be touched by human hands. It's been an annual arguement with my Mother since I learned to cook. She likes the Pilsbury ones that you just roll into the pan. Hundred Minutes War
Went to Hundred Minutes War. Had a great time! Got to see old and new friends, and enjoy a low-stress event. The fighters were crazy to be out in that cold, but they seemed to have fun. I did not go outside. -
