MRI and leg pain

They definitely gave me the impression that if my doctor had ordered pain meds, they would have had pain meds for me. I will keep that in mind the next time a doctor says I need an MRI. I suggest you do, too.

The pain was temporary, and I knew it would end soon. That made it bearable. But pain mitigation next time (if there is a next time) is important.

I'm willing to bet that having your knee forcibly hyperextended and kept that way wasn't very good for it. (And the contrast probably contributed to it.)
