Oh! That's so dreadful! When will the Headmaster learn to be more concientious when choosing his students? If he'd shown some discretion when sending out his silly letters then perhaps that little Mudblood hooligan wouldn't have been there to attack you in such a way.
I don't understand most of the Headmaster's motivations and I won't pretend to understand why he was not more mindful when selecting students. All I do understand that my face has been MARRED and I would like to see some RETRIBUTION.
I will see what I can do. There is certainly no reason to destroy a work of art as lovely as your visage. It's a crime, to be sure.
You'll let me know if there's anything else I can do to ease your suffering? I am already sending an owl to Draco tonight, perhaps I could include something in it for you as well?
Grazie, Signora. It most certainly is a crime. Perhaps even the crime of the century.
Of course, but I must tell you that my suffering has already been eased quite a bit due to your display of concern. If you find that you should like to gift me with some thing to ease my mind, I would be most appreciative but it is decidedly not necessary.
Yes he did, amenita. I will be all right, cara. Rest assured, I will not allow this insignificant little Gryffindor to deter me from living a full life.

What did you do to the kid?

Apparently he took offence to the fact that I would return books to the library and decided to punish my oh-so-rash actions.
