Too bad I have no idea what emotions he felt, if he even felt any. For all I know, he could have just been fucking around, or it could have been more than that. I shouldn't read into it as much as I have, and I think I'll just let things go and tag along for the ride.
The best thing to do in a situation like that is enjoy it at face value until you can trust the situation and the person enough to give it more than that. I think expressing how wonderful and beautiful you thought it was isn't reading too much into it, it's just admitting how you feel. Which is good anyway.
Haha, this is nothing. Ask Jen how I used to write back in middle school/high school when I lived in Austin. We would write so much and share them with each other. We were like Shakespeare and Twain.
