It's really disheartening going to bed with a problem that you know you won't feel better about in the morning. It gives the act of sleep such a horrible feeling of futility. I have about half an hour before I have to go to sleep. Tomorrow morning, I have a psychiatry appointment, and there's a whole bunch of annoying drama surrounding that not actually related to my mental health (not directly, anyway). So, the other day I got kind of in a really bad mood, enough to where I actually needed to leave the house on my own without previously planning to. This is actually not a common thing with me. With no car, and no cash for the bus, my options were limited. So, I decided to go to the park, and get a little writing done.
