And by long time lurker, I mean that I have been stalking lurking in this community for almost three years now, about as long as I've been in FMA fandom. I could bring something great or meaningful to the comm, but instead all I have is this:

We-ll, it would be easy for an uninformed viewer to believe that Alfons died - it was a very elaborate ruse, after all. Noah redeemed herself by helping Alfons get to his SEKRIT ESCAPE SHUTTLE after he faked his death with a bulletproof vest and lots of red food dye. He returns to Munich to retrieve the Elrics a week after the Movie's end, by which point he has already colonized the Moon. He built a Moon Palace and everything. Yes, I have put way too much thought into this.

Yeah, summer of 2005, right? I haven't been in the fandom that long, but I do remember how it felt to watch my first FMA episode. My thoughts consisted mostly of "OOH FLASHING LIGHTS AND ACTION SEQUENCES" and "Angsty backstory, yay!" and "People shorter than I am, yay!" It was the start of a love affair that has lasted to this day :D
