Bman is an introvert, classic.
I tend towards extroversion in most ways.
Figuring out how to best love each other for a happy, productive, positive relationship would be very beneficial.

Just got home from my first rent-a-friend visit in months.
It was a good one. Totally need to buy his time more often.
We discussed mostly my issues with food, weight loss health and the opposite, why I do things I've done in regards to weight and food.

Earlier today things were at near catastrophe levels between my mom and I.
It was.
But she came over and we discussed her needs.
And then I saw and opportunity to help her have a smile, so I did that.

Getting reacquainted with myself
I've been disassociating a lot. Living very much in my head and nearly not at all in real time. I'm trying to snap back to life. It's...a chore. Worth doing, of course. Still, work is work.

Truth!
I cannot get comfortable. In relationships. In my own skin. In life. On this buttocks. On this couch. In this world. But most importantly in relationships. Because the strain is icky.
