there's this thing called 'national student exchange' that has a network of schools across the nation that participate in a student exchange program. you pay either your own schools tuition or you pay the other schools tuition for in state residents. nse.org has a list of all the schools that do it. it's the link that says 'member campus links'
all you need is the 2.5 gpa and to be enrolled in one of the schools that's part of the network.

so ay of these schools. and i think you have to go there for a year or so before you can be an exchange student.
