i was really focusing on form for squats, thats why iddn't go as heavy as i did last time i was doing squats. i know i could push more weight, but i dont want to fuck anything up so i went lighter.

with quad extensions i was basically trying to exhaust every fiber in my quads so i did as many as i could, dropped the weight, as many as i could and dropped the weight...i couldn't walk. it was awesome. pretty good leg workout
