Interesting Experiment

I both tried and cooked chicken fried steak for the first time tonight. I have a vague idea of what it's supposed to taste like, so I'm pretty sure I did it right. The kids loved it. Toby wasn't home tonight, but I've saved him one for later. I will have to wait and see what he says. I didn't exactly care for it. Not being a huge steak or beef fan
