Does each of you have a particular caseload of companies whose tech problems you solve?

Yep. We are assigned 1 or more primary customers to support. Then, we tend to work with the same people at each site on a weekly basis.

A few TS support many customers. A few customers have many TS for a given app, most only have one per app.
