9 more days until the BIG DAY!!!!!!

...and I'm FREAKING OUT!!!! There's still SO much to do in such LITTLE time!!!!!

We have our marriage license :) YEAH!!!!!

And now I've got a ton of stuff finish before he arrives tonight. We're headed up to Maine to visit his mom and grandparents, as well as pack up his things before our move on Sunday!!!!

So...

My first year of school is almost over!!! Today was the last day for students, and tomorrow is the last day for teachers. We'll have meetings in the morning, and I'll clean my classroom in the afternoon.

I've got a full-time teaching job for the fall!!!

Nick finished his first year of law school about a month ago, and our wedding is in 23 days ( Read more... )

Good news...

I have a second interview for the job with Quincy Public Schools! Things are looking good with this one :)

Other news...

Nick is getting all settled with Law School and everything. I called him last night, but he was pretty busy so we didn't really get to talk. He's going to call tonight, though, and we'll hopefully be able to talk more ( Read more... )

On August 3rd at 10am, I'll (hopefully) be potentially hired as a middle school French teacher!! :)

and...

MY BIRTHDAY IS TOMORROW!!!!!!!

I'm back from vacation...nicely tanned...It was great. My family down there is really nice. It was strange at first, having all of these relatives I barely knew existed...but still fun! Most of them are going to try to come up for the wedding next summer :)
