Last night I chanced across an interesting BBC series "A Brief History of Disbelief" on google video. I watched only part one. It's a three-part documentary on the history of atheism, which includes discussions with historians, philosophers, anthropologists, scientists, authors and probably others. There's a lovely opinion by one of my favorite vegans, OrangeCloud115, over at Daily Kos. It's titled The Poop on Spinach. As you've guessed, the opinion touches on the recent E. coli outbreak. What I found interesting is how this outbreak is symptomatic of a larger problem, ( and not the problem you might think. )

You know, I don't think that I give Ikea their dues. Perhaps this is because I've never been inside one of their factory-sized stores.
