Understandably, the podiatrist/foot surgeon wants to avoid surgery. So he duct taped a bunch of thick pads on the bottoms of my insole. I have to admit it did make them more cushiony and supportive. I have to give it 2 weeks and hope it improves things ( Read more... ) -

Rambly Medical Stuff
I've done physical therapy for 2 months and the plantar fasciitis in my right foot has gotten mostly better. There is one spot on the bottom of my heel that won't stop hurting. TV Talk
I meant to post this over a week ago and didn't get around to it. So here it is today. Some of you know I don't have cable TV. The rest of you know it now. I use a rabbit ear antenna for reception. ~ I did donate blood the other day, just squeaked by with a hemoglobin of 12.3.
~ Waiting for the next "inspection" notice. It is probably too cold and snowy for management to bother maintenance right now. If anyone wants to take a guess as to the reason I will be given for them having to enter my apartment feel free.
