No! Can you believe it? I told her I wasn't going to do that. She told me to let it sink in and make a decision later. I'm sooooo not doing this. I'm sure it would be an effective way to get over it, EVENTUALLY, but I'd rather jump off a cliff.
I've actually been looking for group therapy where I go for therapy, but there's only one with much older people. I used to go to group therapy when I was 20. My therapist suggested it and i said no for about a year. I finally gave in because i thought it would help and it was actually better than one one therapy with a therapist. But if you do decided to do it then you should do it when you feel ready. Eventually you'll want to push yourself a little bit more, like i did.

Yeah definitly, and I don't feel ready now. I understand it's probably very effective, but I told my therapist that now isn't the right time. First I wanna try 'regular' therapy and see if medication could help me, and if I'm further and more confident then I might wanna try grouptherapy. But not now.
