All right.

Gunshots. At the carnival.

What happened? I need to know, because we can't just have random chaos and people shooting each other all over the place.

I know we can't technically die here but there's always enough danger with all the ghosts and monsters as it is. We don't need to add to it by killing each other.

event: carnival, reno, eike (dropped)

...I didn't find out about any shooting until after the carnival was over. There's nothing around to check.

But if anyone died we'd know by now, right?

You were there and you didn't hear gunshots?

-- Yeah, maybe. That doesn't mean they didn't leave any evidence.

A had a huge area to cover. And carnivals are noisy.

Although, to be fair, the organiser did say he thought he might have just imagined it. Maybe it was just fireworks?

I agree with you ... there's no reason to add to anyone's troubles.

[and somewhat missing the point]

Exactly! I'm going to give whoever caused this trouble a whole lot of trouble. Then we'll have no more trouble!

...

Wait...that's not right...

Hm. Well, I think that it still gives the right message. The idea of making sure that there's no more trouble for anyone.

Yeah. Unfortunately it's a lot easier to be intimidating when I've got the power of the Shinra company behind me.

But I'm sure I can manage. I guess I'll just have to think laterally.
