I agree with you about the Passion/Sanctuary thing. "Passion" sounds really good in Japanese, but he English version...well, it sucks. They could have donea better job; or not changed it at all. Whatever.

Anyhoo, glad to hear you're feeling better! I hope Kenji gets better too soon. Poor guys; you keep getting sick!

I think I read somewhere that Utada did Sanctuary before she did Passion. =P But I did like Passion before Sanctuary at first because I thought it sounded weird in english, but as I listened to Sanctuary more often, I've grown to really like it.

True, "Sanctuary" does grow on you eventually (I've been listening to it all day), it's just a bit of a disappointment considering the English version of "Hikari" as so great. Maybe we've just got higher expectations this time around?

I didn't like the English version of Hikari either. Maybe I like the Japanese version better because I can't understand what she's saying. The English versions always sound slow and cruddy.
