I have been staying in Idaho for a month, I come up here every month so I have gotten used to it over the years. i just had some pecan pie and some ice cream, i feel so gross!!! eww.. I cant purge cause Im at a party with my family.. Ill just have to suffer tomarrow, oh well!!

I just wanted to wish you all a happy mothers day. Anyways I hadd about 400 cals today so its going pretty good. Yesterday I had a huge salad, but it only had 200 cals in it so I guess it wasnt that bad. But I didnt purge..congrats!!!

I had 435 cals today, not bad... I still regret it though. I am so glad that I joined with Live Journal. It feels great to talk to people who understand. I feel gross, I had 600 cals today. and i couldnt purge because It was to late. I feel discusted!!! I want to vomit and get everything out of me. gosh, Its all ive thought about all day. this always happens, I eat and feel so ashamed of myself and regret it. Food is my worst enemy and theres nothing that can stop it!!!

what a word, but that word is my life, thats all I know how to be and thats all I want to be. My life might not be perfect but I can try to be.
