I've been interested in history for.....probably forever. Earliest memories--2nd or 3rd grade checking out biographies of Thomas Jefferson, Benjamin Franklin, & George Washington. Been hooked on Early American History ever since. Other historical eras are fun as well, but that is my passion.
Teaching--probably 8th grade. It was my first experience with both awesome and truly horrific teachers. At that time I decided I wanted to teach 8th grade US history. I changed my mind time and again, but I eventually went back to teaching as what I wanted to do.
