I'm breaking down

Just got off the phone with Mal... And I think it's safe to say (and by me saying this, it has nothing to do with Mallory herself, but to me) I AM BREAKING DOWN... it was the second time in my entire life where I have ever felt panic... Not sure if it is clinically defined as a panic attack, but, it's as close to one that I have felt
