I'm going to start documenting what I eat everyday for me to look back on so I can make some improvements.
12pm: Strawberry Soy yogurt
1pm: Green Leaf Salad with tomatoes, cucumbers, cabbage, raisins, and unsalted cashews with Annie's low fat ginger vinegarette dressing.
4pm: Baked Potato with a little salt & pepper with tofutti sour cream.
