i went for a run. in my orange colorful striped sports bra. i could see my stomach working towards its goal of something with a bit more tone and a bit less flab. then i went home home and ate pasta...wow way to counter a healthy run jen. whatever it was good. endorphins are flowing, i like this feeling, i should run more often.

i feel so worthless. today sucked. my head throbs. im pretty sure im the most annoying worthless human in existence. conform with the masses--- avoid me.

im freaking out on the inside right about now. something is wrong and i dont know what. i want to do bad things but it will make everything so much worse. at least im not being rash.

fuck these things are pretty much contagious.

wierd man in ecology video put a speaker projecting weird noises underwater. a "shy normally sulking" toadfish swam really hard directly into it. and not just one, several (he was really excited). it was amusing. and if in case u cant tell i am SUPER bored. time for 5 minutes of roaming.
