New contacts. There's also some eyedrops specifically for clouding lenses. Just look and check to make sure the drops are contact safe, and make sure they're for putting in your eyes, not for soaking the contacts.
Also, if there's a hole in your contact it can seem like it's cloudy, but it's just got a fricken hole. Get new contacts.

but i could be wrong.
try getting softer contacts (eg. Acuvue Advance with Hydraclear) <-- thats what i use.
um, yeah you should ask El Doctor and see what he thinks.
