to post an entry in a community, you need to be a member of the community. once you are, go to update journal like you would to make an entry in your own journal, but when you're done writing it, click on more options, then change the name of journal to post in to the name of the community you want to post it in.

to find out how to start your own community, click on Live Jounal FAQ (on livejournal's main page,) scroll down to the heading of community management, and look for directions of how to do it. livejournal faq is a good place to look if you have any lj questions.

you didnt do anytihng wrong to deserve the punishment. except cutting more, which makes it a cycle thats near unstopable. you'll need to use alot of willpower to stop or ignore that itch to cut.
