You will find a way to work things out, you always do. Things will be okay, but rant as much as you want...you deserve to. You're a very strong and brave person, seriously. *hugs*
Haha, one solution is never enough for my crazy life I suppose. I just hate having to start this hunt all over again. Thank you hun. It's comforting knowing that someone cares. *hugs*
I may not be reading this right, but does your mom have two jobs? And she lost one? Does that mean she still has the other job?
I know you've struggled with your family for a long time and I just keep thinking that there has to be a solution somewhere. There are a lot of resources out there for low income families. (I believe you have siblings that live with your mother, correct?)
I don't want to pry, but if you want to talk about this more, feel free to PM me or email me. I work at a non-profit that deals with this sort of thing so I'm more than happy to talk with you about the situation if that would help. ♥
Otherwise, YOU KNOW I LUB YOU, BB. Keep your chin up.
She had 2 jobs until yesterday, now just 1. The problem though is that the job that she got fired from is the one that would have given her health benefits and secure hours and better pay. Like the one that she has left is not good. She does like housekeeping stuff at hotels, and during the winter they get like no business, so her hours are cut dramatically. And now that the summer is ending I'm kind of having a heart attack about the whole thing.
Yeah. This whole thing is just a mess really, and while my siblings do live with my mom, they are all over the age of 18 and capable of getting jobs and the like (though one refuses and I want to smack him), so doesn't that eliminate us from a lot of opportunities?
I think I will take you up on your PM offer because I'm just kind of beside myself in panic, and even the thought of there being something out there to help would put me at ease a bit.
THANK YOU GB. I'm hanging in there. Awesome people like you help me get through rough patches like this.
