Do I

A) Put my tips onto my Visa, thus lowering the min. payment and balance. Which looks great on paper

OR

B) Go to Toronto and spend it on clothes.

that's what i was thinking. but now the weather is supposed to get really bad, so it could be a masonville/white oaks road trip, since i don't want to die.
