From Hello! Magazine . . . it makes me laugh really, but I love it.

Seared Tuna with Sweet Onion and Herb Salsa

3 TBSP Mixed Peppercorns
4 Fresh Tuna Steaks
A little Oil for brushing
Griddled Veggies to serve.

Salsa: 
1 small Supasweet Onion, peeled and sliced
Juice and zest of 1 lemon
4 TBSP Olive Oil
4 TBSP Capers
2 TBSP Parsley
2 TBSP Chives
1/2 TSP Sugar

I'm glad you had fun too, I loved it. I think we should try to make it a bi-weekly thing.

But I will have to know where your new kitchen is . . .and the buzz number if it's an apartment. And parking . . .

Then I need to know what you would like: Seafood, beef, pork, lamb, chicken, veal, vegetarian. Chinese , Italian, French, . ..
