I start Tai Chi today. I was lucky enough to win a month free ages ago. the guy who runs it has been so patient, allowing my month to roll over and over until uni finished. I have wanted to try it for so long. Im rather excited

I did it :) some shopping (an hour or so and I have had enough), then Tai Chi, then for a swim because I decided there was nothing pressing enough to rush home for. This sense of space and time is what has been lacking. I LOVE IT! Jane and I are meeting at teh pool for a swim on Friady too, so that will be 3 swims in a week. Yippee! :-D And a bonus advantage I never expected - my appetite which has always been a struggle to control, has reduced to what i would consider normal this week. Fruit for breakky, muesli for lunch and salads for dinner. I feel light and alive. How much brighter I feel than a few days ago.
