Last night I got about 3.5 hours sleep - not because of bad doggy barking, but because I had a night out. An actual adult, fun night out!!! Longish story, but here goes

Somewhat inspired by hermitinthecity and her amazing exercise efforts, I have decided to record the exercise I have been doing. I would like to lose some of the *size* I have put on with being so unwell and stagnant over the past few months and having to consume so much protein so my body can heal (damn protein - I feel so heavy). Having the has already helped.

My health has improved much. I know these graphs may not mean much to many, and even I dont know how to interpret them completely, but they are a great visual representation of where I have been, and where I am now.
I start Tai Chi today. I was lucky enough to win a month free ages ago. the guy who runs it has been so patient, allowing my month to roll over and over until uni finished. I have wanted to try it for so long. Im rather excited
