HELP ME.

okay, so my computer had to be wiped. and now it's missing an audio driver/sound card. i've tried so many things to get one back but i failed everytime.
i have an ibm computer. shut up, i know they suck.

IF YOU HAVE ANY IDEA HOW TO FIX THIS, PLEASE HELP ME.
