I just ran about 3/4 of a mile (I know, whoop-de-ding) without wanting to quit, and then kept walking pretty fast. I might be able to do this if I run mostly at night when I don't feel weird about people watching me!

Last night I had a friend over and we watched a very silly movie called "Shaun of the Dead", about this loser in England who gets dumped by his girlfriend and then has to try and save her from flesh eating zombies, very funny. So I got home Friday after spending Thurs night in Seattle, and find that my apartment is a sty.
