I got the job!
Yep, I finally got the news early this morning. In fact, I just about woke up to dad bringing me the cell phone--right after I had discussed with mom the aspects of the job after she climbed into bed during my daily morning grump-fest. Well, I went through yet another interview this morning over the phone with the Special Ed Coordinator, or whatever, and had to answer some strange questions. Apparently they've had some problems with two adults working together, a teacher with a teacher's aide. They have to get along, of course, else there's a big problem in the system. I had an interview last week...
I interviewed for a teacher's aide job at MacArthur High School. The interview went really well, and I'm excited about it because I just might score myself a full-time job at $9.15 an hour.
