It is good that a suspect has been apprehended. But it would have been better if such a warning came quicker, while s/he was at large.

If he knew we were onto him, he might have escaped or turned violent and killed more.

Are there really no better way than to keep citizens in the dark and similarly vulnerable? All we know was a murderer could be at our doorsteps.

But I shall not take more of your time during a crisis, Sir. My concerns can wait, if you would hear me later.
