Welcome newcomers, I am Inara, proprietress of the spa Serenity. You are welcome to come visit if you like, I promise we're all quite nice there.

I can't say I knew Koi well, but he will be missed. He was a calming influence and a paragon of grace under pressure, as well as a good friend to those who had the opportunity to know him.

If anyone would like to talk about their feelings over a nice cup of tea in a relaxing environment do let me know. I think Koi would appreciate that.

I won't be leaving the spa until I am assured my outfit is less revealing than it seems.

Today was a rare, peaceful day.

Repairs to the Spa are done, so we'll be offering a few deals if people would like to come by and check them out. Is anyone interested in perhaps meeting for tea and conversation?

The Spa front area, where business is conducted, has sustained some damage to the entryway and roof. There are holes in need of patching and sections of the wall appear to be missing. If I'm not mistaken, I believe a tree fell over into the reception area ( Read more... )

I can't be the only person concerned about how the storm above is affecting my home and work. I know I'm not, but I almost feel as though nobody is talking about it. Has anyone been up to check how things are progressing?

I don't mean to sound at all rude, I'm just concerned, is all.

I do so enjoy when the Tree shows a sense of humor, albeit a perverse one.

If anyone needs me I'll be steaming myself until I can't feel a trace of sand on me. It seems I have a lot to think about, cocoons and unintentional day-long naps notwithstanding.

I must admit, any day that I discover myself to be wearing strange jewelery that I can't remove is certainly not a good day in my book.
