Do you ever get to the point where you just can't see any way a problem will improve? Where you can try and try and try and nothing helps nothing changes. So 2 days ago my dad wasn't feeling great- something's been wrong with his shoulder and he said it was flaring up. Yesterday when I woke up there was a note saying he was at the local 24 hour clinic (since he couldn't get an appointment with his regular doctor).
