I work awfully hard to be open to the opinions of others, and not to openly challenge their assumptions ( at least until I understand their motivations and acknowledge the validity of their perspective). I guess I am an idiot to expect that that might be recognized and respected.

I'm in Austin, and I have had some time on my hands. I started reading old LiveJournal Entries. There were some rich puddles of angst in there.

I usually do not post these things... but it was too cute.

Vet school is different from any other way of life. As many of you know, I have never studied much. This has changed. And what I would have settled for before, I am happy with. I am so bored. Jason left Wednesday and it feels like he has been gone for two weeks already. There is just so much TV, movies, video games and reading one can subject themselves without any breaks of social interaction. So I am going to Iowa. I think I am going to buy a trailer... definitely the most affordable and convenient option. The problem is there are so many for sale on the school site (4th year students selling) and it is hard to just pick a few for my parents to see in one weekend for me.
