OKAY. i have questions. usually i don't have much reason to talk about Supernatural here because moey always posts after each episode so i discuss there instead, but this week she was busy squeeing about her
epic weekend (♥!), so i'm taking matters into my own hands.
in the "THEN" section, they showed sam drinking ruby's blood and castiel talking to dean about how sam is going down the wrong path/becoming demonic, all that good stuff. and we know they only show things that are relevant to the current episode, so -- was the purpose of that just to explain why the ladyghoul said sam's blood tasted different? or was there more to it? at first i was thinking maybe his demonblood would kill the ghouls, but that didn't happen. then i was thinking the blood was going to take some demonic form and kill the ghouls (possibly accidentally whilst going after sam, i dunno). and here's what i'm thinking now: sam lost a lot of blood on that table, and they seemed awfully focused on showing us just how much it was. as in, more than the usual, "uh oh! he's losing blood! he might die!" -- especially considering the fact that he was TOTALLY FINE with no mention of visiting a hospital/getting a blood transfusion afterward. so did he bleed out most/all of his bad blood, and he's [on his way] back to just being human again? obviously something has to be going down since it's close to the end of the season, so i'm hesitant to believe it was as simple as just the taste thing. also it just occurred to me that in the past, sam has had these cravings for ruby's blood (also mentioned during the "THEN" bit i believe), and as i said, he seemed quite alright when all was said and done.
yeah? TELL ME YOUR THOUGHTS. the more i think about it, the more i think i'm just making it all up (or, you know, should avoid thinking about stuff at 3am). but still, it could be interesting. also, that's really sad about the guy. poor winchesters. :(
OH HEY AND DID I MENTION:
I MADE A MOODTHEME [
direct link]. i'm quite proud. :D
